By accessing or using BidReadyRFPs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
BidReadyRFPs is operated by BidReadyRFPs ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including subscribers and visitors.

2. Description of Service
BidReadyRFPs is a subscription-based service that provides curated listings of digital Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities sourced from federal, state, local, and private sector procurement channels in the United States and Canada.
The Service includes:- Access to a curated list of 50–75 digital RFPs updated weekly- Weekly email notifications of new RFP listings- Filtering and search functionality- A preview list of 10 free RFPs (no subscription required)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

3. Subscription and Payment
### 3.1 Subscription Plans-**Preview List:** Free access to 10 RFPs via token-based link (no account required)-**Full RFP List:** $149 USD per month, billed monthly
### 3.2 Payment Terms- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis- Payment is processed via our payment provider at the time of subscription- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers
### 3.3 Automatic Renewal- Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled- You will be charged on the same day each month until you cancel- You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing date if you do not wish to be charged
### 3.4 Cancellation- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at jason@bidreadyrfps.com- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period- You will retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period- No refunds are provided for partial months

4. User Accounts
### 4.1 Account Creation- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
### 4.2 Account Restrictions- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account- You may not share your account credentials with others- You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms- Scrape, copy, or redistribute RFP listings in bulk for commercial purposes- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our permission- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision.

6. Intellectual Property
### 6.1 Our Content- All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by BidReadyRFPs or our licensors- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission- RFP listings are provided for your internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed
### 6.2 User Content- You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (e.g., feedback, comments)- By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Service
### 6.3 Trademarks- "BidReadyRFPs" and our logo are trademarks of BidReadyRFPs- You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission

7. Accuracy and Reliability of Information
### 7.1 No Guarantees- We make reasonable efforts to ensure RFP listings are accurate, current, and relevant- However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any RFP listing- RFP details (budgets, deadlines, scope) are sourced from public procurement channels and may change without notice- We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes made by the issuing agencies
### 7.2 Your Responsibility- You are solely responsible for verifying RFP details before submitting a proposal- You should independently confirm all information with the issuing agency- We are not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate or outdated RFP information

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources (e.g., government procurement portals). - BidReadyRFPs, its founders, employees, and affiliates SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service
- Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Service SHALL NOT EXCEED the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater
- Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you
