Every RFP is reviewed by a human before it goes live. We check four things: the budget is confirmed or credibly estimated, the scope is genuinely digital, the deadline is live and realistic, and the opportunity is actually winnable by a standard digital agency. If it fails any of these checks, it does not make the list.

Continuously. We scrape and review new RFPs every day across hundreds of US and Canadian procurement sources. The list is always live - when an RFP closes, expires, or is no longer relevant, it is removed. You will never see an outdated listing.

After subscribing to Digital List Pro, we schedule a short call with a founder to understand your agency properly - the nuances a form cannot capture. We then configure your ranking logic and custom CSV columns within 24 hours. Every week when new RFPs are added, your list re-ranks automatically.

Your account data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate. After that, it is deleted in line with our privacy policy. Any CSVs or data you exported during your subscription are yours to keep.
