The problem
We know what it feels like to finish a contract and immediately start panicking about the next one.
We ran a digital agency together: web design and build, ERP, data management. Good work, good clients. But the gap between contracts was brutal. Not because the opportunities were not out there, but because finding the right ones was a full-time job on top of the actual job.
We spent hours across sam.gov, state procurement portals, and every RFP aggregator we could find. James would filter it through a design and UX lens: is the scope real, is the brief coherent, does this client know what they want? Alex would make the final technical call: is this actually buildable, is the budget realistic, is it worth the effort of a full proposal?
Two people. Multiple hours. And 99% of what we reviewed was not appropriate for us.
