Everything you want to know before you commit.
What's the custom shortlist and how does it work?
When you subscribe, we'll reach out to learn your agency's niche, budget range, and deal-breakers. Every Monday, we'll email you a personalized shortlist of the most relevant RFPs from that week's batch; no scanning required. You still get access to the full list, but we surface the best-fit opportunities for you.
How do you decide which RFPs 'make the cut'?
Every RFP is reviewed by a human before it goes live. We check the budget is confirmed or credibly estimated, the scope is genuinely digital, the deadline is live, and the opportunity is actually winnable.
How often is the list updated? I don't want to miss anything.
Weekly. We scrape & review new RFPs continuously, and the full list is updated every week with 60–75 fresh opportunities. Expired or closed RFPs are removed. Plus, every Monday you'll get a custom shortlist of the most relevant RFPs for your agency.
What do you mean by the term: 'Digital' RFP?
From Web & App Design and Dev to UI/UX Design, Data Management, Visualization & BI to Digital Marketing (CRM, emails, advertising, SEO etc), Digital Creative to AI & much much more.
How is this different from Sam.gov; and do you cover private sector?
Sam.gov lists 40,000+ opportunities, most are irrelevant to digital agencies. We cover federal, state, local, and private sector; pre-filtered, pre-qualified, and summarized so you can decide in 30 seconds.
Can I cancel anytime or am I locked in for the long haul?
Yes. No contracts, no annual commitments. Cancel from your account quickly and you won't be charged again; your access continues until the end of your current billing period i.e. month.

Our Story:
We Were You.
We ran a digital agency. And like you, we spent an embarrassing amount of time searching for RFPs that were actually worth bidding on.
Jason was trawling portals for leads. James was qualifying them from a design and UX angle. Alex was making the final call on whether the technical scope made sense. Three people, reviewing the same listings, just to find one worth pursuing; and 99% of what we saw wasn't even close to relevant.
The stress of contract gaps, wasted hours, and bad leads eventually became the problem we decided to solve. BidReady is what we built for ourselves.
Now it's yours.
